Accuracy of information

The questions, answers, explanations and figures on GeoPlay are prepared with care, but they may contain mistakes or become out of date: populations change, capitals move and new figures are published. GeoPlay is a game, not a reference work, and should not be relied on for study, travel, legal or professional purposes. If you find an error, please report it.

Borders, names and disputed territories

Maps, borders and place names on GeoPlay are shown for the purpose of the game. Some borders and names are disputed. The way a border, name or territory is shown does not express any opinion about its legal or political status.

Map data and imagery

GeoPlay uses map data and satellite imagery from third parties, such as Natural Earth and Esri World Imagery, under their own licences. GeoPlay is not responsible for errors in that data.

Scores and leaderboards

Scores, streaks and leaderboards are for fun only. There are no prizes, and scores that look like cheating may be removed.

Links to other websites

GeoPlay may link to other websites. GeoPlay does not control them and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

GeoPlay is provided free and as is. The site or a game may sometimes be unavailable, change or be removed, and GeoPlay does not guarantee that it will always work without errors.
